Please read this Refund Policy carefully before purchasing a subscription to Pixel Emu.
NO REFUND POLICY
All purchases and subscription payments are final and non-refundable. We encourage all users to take full advantage of the free trial period before committing to a paid subscription.
1. TRIAL PERIOD
Pixel Emu offers a 7-day trial for $2.99. This allows you to fully explore all premium features before your subscription automatically renews at $39.99/year. Cancel anytime during the trial to avoid being charged the annual fee.
2. NO REFUNDS
Due to the digital nature of our product and the trial period offered, all payments — including the $2.99 trial fee and the $39.99 annual subscription — are non-refundable once processed.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Forgetting to cancel before the trial ends
- Partial subscription periods
- Unused subscription time after cancellation
- Accidental purchases (please contact us immediately)
3. HOW TO CANCEL
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your iOS device settings:
- Open Settings on your iPhone
- Tap your Apple ID at the top
- Tap Subscriptions
- Select Pixel Emu and tap Cancel Subscription
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access until then.
4. EXCEPTIONS
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, technical errors preventing access), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 48 hours of the charge at [email protected].
5. PADDLE BILLING
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited, our Merchant of Record. For billing disputes, you may also contact Paddle directly through their support channels.
