Welcome to Pixel Emu. By downloading or using our application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using Pixel Emu ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE
Pixel Emu is a mobile application available on iOS that allows users to play retro and classic games. The App offers a subscription-based model to access premium features including:
- Access to multiple gaming consoles (SNES, Atari 2600, Sega, PS1, and more)
- Unlimited save states
- Custom controller skins
- Ad-free gaming experience
3. SUBSCRIPTION AND BILLING
Trial: $2.99 for 7 days. After the trial period, your subscription automatically renews at $39.99/year unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial period.
Payment is charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.
4. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any game ROMs or files you use with the App are legally obtained. Pixel Emu does not provide, distribute, or endorse any copyrighted game content.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The App, including its design, code, and original content, is owned by Pixel Emu and protected by copyright laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pixel Emu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
