If you play any of the apps or use any of the Services on connected Third-party applications such as Apple, Google, Amazon and/or Social Networking Sites ("SNS") like Facebook, Pixel Emu may receive certain information about you from the provider of the Third-party application. The information received depends on the Third-party application, your privacy settings and, if applicable, your friends' privacy settings on that Third-party application.
We use facial recognition solely to detect the presence of a human face in a photo if the user provides an image for photo/video generation. This ensures that image manipulation features are only available when a person is present. Facial recognition is performed locally on the device, and no facial data is collected, stored, or transmitted.
When users apply AI effects in the app, the selected photo is sent securely to our servers for temporary processing. As part of this process, the photo may be shared with trusted third-party AI providers, specifically OpenAI and Google Gemini, solely for the purpose of generating the requested effects. The photo is used only momentarily during processing and is not stored or retained afterward. No photo data is used for training purposes or shared beyond the processing task.
We or the Service Providers acting on our behalf, such as Fabric Analytics and Google Analytics, may store log files and use tracking technologies such as Cookies, web beacons and/or tracking pixels.
You agree that Pixel Emu is free to use the content of any communications you submit via the Services, including any ideas, inventions, concepts, techniques, or know-how disclosed therein, for any purpose including developing, manufacturing and/or marketing the Services.
Pixel Emu may feature advertising within the Services.
The Services includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook and Twitter button, and Widgets, such as the "Share" button or interactive mini-programs that run on the Services.
Social features are in the core of our apps. Other players may see your profile data, in-app activities and achievements, read the messages you have posted and your scores on the local and global leaderboards.
All Personal Information collected via or by Pixel Emu may be stored anywhere in the world, including, but not limited to, in Estonia, the United States, the European Union, in the cloud, on our servers and on the servers of our affiliates or the servers of our Service Providers.
You have the right to opt out of certain uses and disclosures of your Personal Information.
